Job Description

Job Summary / Purpose

This position leads the SFE team and serves as a key business partner to sales leadership across relevant business areas. The role is responsible for driving the sales force effectiveness agenda by strengthening commercial execution, performance management, and planning routines. In addition, the position supports incentive-related processes and annual business planning in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and global counterparts, ensuring alignment and effective implementation of commercial priorities.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities
  • Lead the SFE team and ensure clear priorities, strong collaboration, and effective delivery of team objectives
  • Act as a trusted business partner to sales leadership, supporting commercial decision-making and execution
  • Drive the SFE agenda by enhancing the effectiveness of commercial processes, planning routines, and business execution
  • Support performance management and target-related processes to strengthen transparency, accountability, and business focus
  • Contribute to incentive-related and annual business planning activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of commercial initiatives
  • Perform other tasks assigned by line manager
Job Qualifications
  • More than 5 years’ experience in commercial operations, sales effectiveness, business partnering, or a related field, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in leading people or cross-functional initiatives is preferred
  • Strong business understanding and analytical mindset
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree in business, strategy, finance, management, or similar is preferred
