The Role Mission

As a System Validation Engineer for the CPD R&D validation team, you will be part of the global headquarter team and contribute to new product and business development that strengthens CPD’s market position, with strong focus on power tools and automation solutions for the Chinese and global markets.

Your mission is Responsible for system validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, software and integrated system functions meet customer, quality, reliability and safety requirements before product release.

What we expect of you?

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, automation, mechatronics, reliability engineering or equivalent engineering background; bachelor’s degree with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in product validation, system testing, reliability engineering, functional safety, automation equipment, mechatronics or similar high-quality requirement industries.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of system validation methodology, risk analysis, functional analysis, FMEA/FMECA and product maturity assessment. Knowledge in functional safety, reliability, quality, mechanics, electronics and automation; familiarity with ISO 12100, ISO 13849 or related standards is a plus.
