在奇华顿（Givaudan），我们通过创造令人愉悦的味觉体验，将美味与健康带入生活。作为味觉与健康（Taste & Wellbeing）业务单元下的风味创香与应用（Flavour Creation & Application，简称 FC&A）团队成员，饮品创意师将专注于融合现代街饮文化，创新并开发咖啡和茶饮类的创意饮品。

该职位将艺术表达、感官专业知识与市场洞察相结合，打造独特的饮品概念，进一步巩固奇华顿在味觉创新领域的领先地位。

主要职责（Key Responsibilities）

• 创作并设计街饮概念，重点聚焦咖啡与茶饮创新。
• 跟踪消费者偏好及饮品趋势，并将其转化为独特的风味解决方案。
• 与调香师、感官科学家及市场团队紧密合作，将创意理念转化为实际饮品样品。
• 支持客户协作项目，提供有吸引力的饮品概念展示与品鉴活动。
• 为客户准备并呈现创意饮品菜单、展示及趋势分享环节。
• 持续探索新的创意方向，提升奇华顿在街饮领域的创新影响力与品牌可见度。

任职资格（Qualifications）

• 大专及以上学历，主修食品科学、饮品研究、烹饪艺术或相关专业者优先。
• 至少5年在创意咖啡馆、茶饮开发或菜单设计方面的工作经验。
• 熟悉咖啡与茶的制作工艺、配方创作及街饮潮流趋势。
• 具有出色的创意思维、感官认知能力，并能以美学方式进行饮品展示。
• 具备良好的沟通能力和跨职能团队协作能力。

优先条件（Preferred Qualifications）

• 具备调酒师经验，对风味平衡及跨品类饮品创作有深入理解。
• 有创意饮品比赛经历，或活跃于饮品创新社群者优先。
• 拥有客户演示或创意概念提案的实操经验者优先。
