Job Description Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sourcing operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution of procurement activities in alignment with business needs.
• Supervise and support a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all procurement activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and deliver optimal supplier solutions.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service levels.
• Contribute to cost optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities for savings and process improvements.
• Prepare and present operational reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and risks.
