Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for the packaging structural design of finished goods and semi-finished goods; coordinate with suppliers on packaging structure development, arrange sample production, and complete packaging tests.

Prepare product packaging structure documentation, including technical drawings, product packaging instructions, packaging method documents, product stacking documents, packaging structure files, packaging material BOM lists, and other related documents; update documents and relevant data in a timely manner to ensure all files remain under control.

Participate in resolving packaging abnormalities that occur during mass production, as well as quality issues caused by improper packaging development.

Be responsible for the standardized management of packaging drawings, following technical drawing standards and management principles to improve design quality.

Continuously optimize product packaging structures and processes to improve production efficiency, stabilize quality, and reduce costs.

Knowledge of plastic parts is preferred, including packaging plastic part structural design as well as injection molding and blow molding tooling knowledge.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Packaging Design or a related field.

Familiar with mechanical drawing and proficient in various drawing software and common office software such as Microsoft Office; experience with CATIA and ArtiosCAD is preferred. More than one year of relevant work experience is preferred.

Familiar with the characteristics of packaging materials and knowledgeable about packaging design principles and application requirements.

Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
