About the Team

Novo Nordisk is accelerating its digital transformation and expansion in emerging channels. As a key member of the E-health team, you will play an important role in driving strategic partnerships and operations across leading e-commerce platforms, enabling business growth, commercial innovation, and enhanced patient engagement. If you have experience in e-commerce, key account management, or channel operations and are interested in applying your expertise in the healthcare industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage partnerships and key accounts across leading e-commerce platforms such as JD, Alibaba, and Meituan
• Lead the planning and execution of major promotional campaigns, including 618 and Double 11
• Own sales forecasting, inventory coordination, and daily business operations
• Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to deliver business objectives

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, platform business development, or key account management
• Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms such as JD, Tmall, and Meituan
• Experience in leading large-scale promotional campaigns
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer health, or FMCG industries is preferred
• Good written and reading skills in English
