In this dynamic role, you will support the Facility Manager in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the site while contributing to a positive workplace experience for employees, visitors, and external partners. You will play an important role in coordinating workplace and facility services, supporting administrative and operational activities, and ensuring a safe, well-organized, and welcoming work environment. As part of the Facility Management team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers, while also serving as a backup for the Reception function during vacation or sickness absences. This position offers a broad range of responsibilities and the opportunity to further develop your coordination, customer service, and facility management skills in a collaborative environment.
