The Sr. Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, assessment, offer facilitation, and securing top talent, while also administering and optimizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The successful candidate will bring proven experience managing mid-to-high volume requisitions and executing specialized searches based on evolving business needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers to build trusted relationships, understand evolving talent needs, and deliver effective recruitment strategies while building and maintaining talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, supporting employer branding, and maintaining an active online presence to attract qualified candidates.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of full-cycle talent acquisition and headhunting experience preferably contact center, operations and business professional roles.
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and recruitment experience.
Bilingual in English and French is preferred, not required. Previous experience in managing Applicant Tracking Systems is required with Oracle knowledge as an asset. Strong agility and multi-tasking abilities in complex corporate work environments. Intermediate problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions to a variety of problems and issues of moderate scope and complexity. Must be able to manage and carry out tasks and assignments with limited supervision. Detail oriented with the ability to maintain the highest level of productivity and quality levels.
