Job Description

Position Summary

Kiewit is currently seeking an experienced Structural CWB Welders for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.

Position Requirements

  • Valid Journeyman (JM) Welder Ticket
  • Valid CWB FCAW and SMAW All positions
  • Experience fitting Structural Steel
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial construction
  • A clean five-year driver’s abstract is required

Compensation and Shift Details

Base wage: $52.00 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement
ITC Premium: $1.65 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week)
Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours
Overtime and weekend work may be required

Additional Information

Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, a half mask fit and 50lb Fitness to Work tests.
No travel and living-out expenses provided.
