What is the essence of the role?

As a Candidate Relations Expert, you will strive to make the perfect match between prospective students and business schools and universities. You will take ownership of the candidate journey for assigned events, from registration and qualification through matching and confirmation to event participation. You will work closely with both candidates and university clients, ensuring a smooth pre-event experience and successful one-to-one meetings.

The role includes travelling between 2 and 4 times per year.

What will your job look like?

• Screening prospective students’ profiles and matching them with the most suitable business schools based on their study preferences, experience, goals, and the schools’ admission requirements
• Guiding candidates through the pre-event journey, understanding their experience and goals, and helping them identify suitable education options
• Monitoring candidate engagement and event performance and taking proactive actions to support participation and meeting quality
• Leading correspondence with universities and business schools to clearly define their requirements, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles
• Briefing and regularly updating universities and business schools on the pre-event process, candidate profiles, and matching progress
• Attending in-person and virtual events to support and consult candidates on their education options and facilitate their meetings with participating schools
• Contributing to the development and optimization of CRM processes, tools and internal applications to improve the candidate and client experience

What do you need to be successful?

• A Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Humanities, Business, Marketing, Education or a related field is an advantage.
• International experience or education is a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in customer relations or career advising
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A strong sense of responsibility, independency and initiative
• Fluent written and verbal English is a must
