$95,000 - $120,000 annually
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearance and complete all required background screening requirements to work in a correctional facility.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
In your new role as our Area General Manager Food Services, you will lead and direct multiple teams through their daily activities. Your role will include arranging all food services across multiple locations ensuring client satisfaction.
You will lead your team through food safety training and lead a strong safety culture within a very high volume food service environment within a Corrections facility. Provide formal supervision to employees, monitors the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Schedule and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings. Perform facility inspections quality assurance following physical and food safety regulations. Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
