Your Tasks

• You are part of the management team: in the absence of the branch management and their deputy, you independently lead the branch on a shift basis.
• Contact person (m/f/d): you coordinate the branch tasks and support your team.
• Active participation in the areas: cash register, stocking goods, quality control, baking our bread products, and cleanliness.
• Customer inquiries: you ensure that our customers (m/f/d) feel completely comfortable while shopping.

Your Profile

• You already have professional experience in retail or a similar industry.
• Interest in the food retail sector is desirable, and you enjoy getting involved.
• You like to take on responsibility, appreciate a friendly demeanor, and are a team player (m/f/d).
• Independent work is fun for you.
• You are generally available within our opening hours (Mon-Sat).

*Gross monthly salary of € 1,390 for 20 hours/week or € 1,661 for 24 hours/week; on a full-time basis, this corresponds to an annual gross salary of € 37,338; with the willingness to pay more depending on professional experience; start on the 1st/15th of the month.
