YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You partner with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs, priorities, and challenges, building trusted relationships as a go-to advisor on financial matters.
• You deliver financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting that drives informed decision-making across the organization.
• You develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
• You actively participate in budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycles.
• You monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve business performance.
• You identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement actionable financial strategies.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Education

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

You bring proven experience in controlling, financial planning, or management consulting.

Skills

You have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, paired with solid proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.

Tools

You are experienced with agentic AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor, have a growth mindset toward emerging technologies, and ideally feel comfortable writing SQL queries.

Languages

You are business-fluent in both German and English, enabling effective collaboration with international teams.
