This role requires you to build and maintain strong broker relationships, pursue target accounts with tenacity, and develop business plans that maximise opportunities across your panel. You’ll also coach and support less experienced colleagues, sharing technical and soft skills, and contribute to a collaborative team environment while making sound decisions independently and with managers where needed.

We are open to discussing workplace flexibility in all our vacancies, to ensure we can attract the best candidates and accommodate individual needs, differences, disabilities and working arrangements. Please let us know if you require any adjustments to the recruitment process so we can support you to present your best self.
