Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced Long Service Leave Specialist to lead the transformation and establishment of a new national operating model for long service leave (LSL). This is an exciting opportunity for a management consultant or transformation specialist with a solid understanding of long service leave to drive meaningful change across a large, complex organisation.

We are looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, challenge existing ways of working and translate complex business requirements into practical, sustainable solutions. While an understanding of long service leave is important, this role is less about detailed technical interpretation and more about operating model design, process transformation, stakeholder engagement and implementation.

If you are a transformation professional who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and delivering sustainable change, we would love to hear from you.
