Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Governance and Compliance Coordinator. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in strengthening governance, compliance, risk and assurance outcomes across the WA Housing Maintenance Works and Services Contract. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Support governance and compliance frameworks to meet contractual, legislative, regulatory and corporate obligations.
  • Coordinate risk and opportunity processes, including registers, treatment actions and risk-based decision-making.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, assurance activities and corrective action processes.
  • Maintain accurate, current and auditable governance, compliance and contractual records.
  • Prepare compliance dashboards, governance reports and performance insights while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in governance, compliance, risk management, audit coordination or contract administration.
  • Experience working in a complex operational or contractual environment.
  • Strong capability in report writing, register management, document control and records management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks, audit and assurance processes, risk principles, contractual obligations and relevant standards.

A Certificate IV, Diploma or equivalent experience in business, governance, compliance, risk management or a related discipline will be highly regarded. Experience in government, facilities management, maintenance, infrastructure services or large service contracts is also desirable.

More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
