This is your chance to work with a global facilities management leader while enjoying the benefits of a 14 days on 7 days off roster FIFO from Perth.

What you’ll do:

• Working across all sections of the kitchen, you will be responsible for working with your Team to provide the highest level of food service to our sites.
• Explore your creative flair on themed nights and events and enjoy consistent work-life balance on a 14:7 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster.
• Opportunities for fulltime roaming, casual and Chef's specialising in Chinese cuisine on offer.
• Work across all sections of our kitchens.
• Responsible for providing the highest level of food service.

What you bring:

To be successful, you’ll need;

• Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights.
• Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check.
• Certificate III (minimum requirement) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery.
• Strong Chef experience (minimum 3 years) required.
• FIFO Chef experience highly desirable.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
