Qualification and Requirement

• Bid & Proposal Management
• Degree in Engineering (or related technical discipline)
• Bid/Proposal Management training (APMP/PMP preferred)
• PMC, QAQC services; proposal pricing and cost/estimation; risk analysis.
• 10+ years

Take full ownership of the bid/proposal lifecycle, from receiving the inquiry from Sales through to submission to the client. Lead and manage the Proposal Team (2 direct reports). Prepare risk analysis for each opportunity. Prepare and tailor proposals to the specific client and project requirements. Prepare pricing and manload (workload) estimates for proposals. Prepare internal documentation for large opportunities. Coordinate internally with Technical and Operations teams throughout the bid cycle. Secure management approval on scope, technical scope and pricing prior to submission. Participates in the go/no-go decision-making process, along with the appropriate managers and participates in the bid development process from start to finish. Works with the Discipline Leads to produce man-hour estimates, fees and delivery schedules. Prepares presentations required for the Committee.

Technical Expertise

• Strong background preparing proposals for PMC, QAQC and design review services
• Sound understanding of risk assessment and mitigation in bid preparation
• Strong technical and commercial proposal writing skills
