Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 12 months contract
Work Setup: Hybrid 2 days per week in Office in Midrand or Woodlands

Our client in the Automotive and Mobility Technology industry is looking for a Campaign Marketing Specialist to serve as a mid-senior level strategist and executor responsible for delivering high-impact marketing campaigns across Digital and Direct sales channels, as well as sponsorship opportunities, driving demand generation, lead acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires expertise in multi-channel campaign management, offer development in partnership with business stakeholders, content production, rapid execution, and performance optimisation.

What you will do:

• Design, build, deploy, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across WhatsApp, email, digital, social, paid media, and Netstar apps, aligning activities to demand generation targets.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle with an accelerated and rapid time-to-market approach.
• Create high-volume, high-quality campaign content, including emails, social assets, WhatsApp messages, in-app communications, digital ads, and landing pages.
• Maintain consistent content and production cadences across campaign activities.
• Execute integrated campaigns that contribute to financial-year revenue goals related to new contracts, customer acquisition, upsell contracts, and renewal contracts.
• Partner with the sales team to align campaigns with lead quality, timing, and commercial objectives.
• Track and report campaign metrics that roll up into monthly marketing scorecard reporting.
• Identify campaign optimisation opportunities by leveraging customer data for targeting and personalisation.
• Partner with Product Marketing Specialists, Brand and Sponsorships, and Marketing Operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Support sales enablement activities for insurance and motor dealer channels.
• Develop and manage campaign offers in partnership with relevant business stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and rapid execution.

Qualifications

• Bring 5+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years of campaign management and demand generation experience.
• Demonstrate proven expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot.
• Demonstrate excellent content creation skills and the ability to manage end-to-end production workflows.
• Apply a data-driven mindset with strong analytical and performance optimisation skills.
• Demonstrate experience working across both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
• Demonstrate strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring rapid execution and time-to-market.
