Treasury analyst

What you’ll do:

• Monitor the daily cash position and process transfers, wires, and ACH across 100+ bank accounts
• Partner with Accounting, AR, AP, FP&A, and Payroll to ensure all cash activities are reported and processed accurately
• Maintain all supporting documents for treasury cash activities, such as monthly bank statements and check image deposits, in a shared folder
• Research and resolve all treasury related issues
• Assist with ad hoc analysis

What you bring:

• Must have: 2 to 3+ years of treasury or banking experience
• Must have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must have: High school diploma
• Must have: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong follow through
• Must have: Flexibility with changing priorities and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Must have: Ability to maintain positive relationships and serve internal and external stakeholders with urgency and professionalism at all levels
• Must have: Ability to reliably commute, or plan to relocate before starting. Hybrid schedule of 2 days in office and 3 from home, at our Montebello office through June 2027, then Pico Rivera starting mid 2027 (subject to change)
• Nice to have: Some college
