What You’ll Do

• As a Software Engineer, Backend, you'll be building the trusted knowledge platform for the construction industry.
• Design & develop data integrations and analytical capabilities as part of the Kroo platform.
• Build and manage scalable infrastructure to operate with near-zero downtime in high stakes environments.
• Build and productize new features & products in the Kroo application.

Qualities of an Ideal Candidate

• Customer-obsessed
• Has built and owned something from 0 to 1 (either personally or professionally)
• Experience deploying and maintaining infrastructure in production
• Has a “get-it-done” mentality. You’ll make things work across on-prem and cloud environments
• Has an interest in the construction industry
• Familiar with Ruby on Rails, React, Airflow, DBT
