The Senior Director, Commercial will lead the integrated commercial planning agenda for the Juice, Sauce, Snacks, Mixers, and Drink Mix business, translating business, customer, category, and consumer insights into strategies and action plans that support revenue, profit, share, and distribution growth. This leader will provide strategic direction across Customer Strategy & Commercialization, Demand Planning, Commercial Performance Management, Channel Strategy, and Field/HQ Revenue Growth Management, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and enterprise Revenue Growth Management partners.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded leader with strong CPG experience, financial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence across a matrix, and translate strategy into disciplined execution.
This position is based in our HQ in Frisco, TX and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in office and 2 days remote on a weekly basis).
Salary range $183,500 - $261,500. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off, 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility. Long-term incentive equity based on eligibility.
