Job Description

Therapeutic Associates is seeking a Real Estate & Facilities Specialist to support our growing network of outpatient physical therapy clinics and corporate locations. This role oversees a portfolio of approximately 85 clinic properties, helping ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, efficient, and ready to support exceptional patient care.

This opportunity is ideal for a real estate or facilities professional who enjoys combining strategic property management with hands-on project coordination. From commercial lease negotiations and site evaluations to facility improvements, vendor relationships, and clinic relocations, you'll play an important role in supporting our operations and long-term organizational growth.

As a PT-owned organization with a longstanding commitment to our people and communities, we believe that strong facilities help create an environment where clinicians can thrive and patients receive outstanding care. You'll work collaboratively with clinic leadership, landlords, brokers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to keep our locations operating smoothly and position our organization for continued success.

Why Join Therapeutic Associates?

Meaningful Impact & Organizational Growth

Your work will directly support the environments where our clinicians deliver care and our communities access physical therapy services. You'll help evaluate new locations, coordinate improvements, manage property transitions, and identify opportunities to make our facilities and processes more effective.

Ownership, Autonomy & Collaboration

We value people who take initiative, build strong relationships, and approach challenges with accountability. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage multiple priorities, coordinate solutions across teams, and contribute to decisions that support our organization's continued growth.

  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and implementation plans in collaboration with Operations and clinic leadership.
  • Work with contractors, landlords, IT, and other stakeholders to complete projects on schedule and minimize disruptions to patient care.
  • Coordinate move-related logistics, including facility readiness, vendor services, utility transitions, and occupancy preparation.

Portfolio Administration & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate lease, property, project, vendor, and maintenance records.
  • Monitor and report on lease activity, maintenance trends, project status, facility risks, and outstanding landlord issues.
