Built on more than a century of innovation and decades of substation expertise, Linxon blends AtkinsRéalis’ project management strength with Hitachi Energy’s technological leadership. Together, we deliver high‑performing EPC solutions that strengthen the power grid. We support community growth and industrial development by providing end‑to‑end engineering, procurement, management, and construction services for complex AC substation and electrification projects across five core markets.
We believe in the value of every client’s investment and take pride in tackling challenging, high‑risk projects. With deep expertise and continuous development, our teams operate with the precision, resilience, and mission‑focus needed to deliver crucial infrastructure—often described as the “special forces” of our industry.
As a Quality Assurance and Control Engineer with Linxon, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence across Linxon’s EPC projects, including Battery Energy Storage Systems and substation facilities. You will be instrumental in safeguarding the integrity, reliability, and compliance of engineered equipment installations by driving rigorous quality standards from planning through execution. Your contributions will directly impact project success, client satisfaction, and operational performance by proactively identifying risks, enforcing best practices, and fostering a culture of quality across all project phases.
You will design and execute inspection and test plans (ITPs) that provide structured oversight and control throughout each stage of the installation process. You will coordinate and monitor daily inspection activities, ensuring all work meets contractual, technical, and quality requirements while collaborating with project teams and clients. You will proactively intervene when quality risks arise, implementing corrective actions and escalating issues to protect project outcomes. You will ensure all inspection processes comply with applicable industry standards, including ISO 9001, IEEE, NEC, and ASTM, reinforcing consistency and regulatory adherence. You will conduct detailed site inspections and audits, verifying that all activities meet Linxon standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. You will manage non-conformances through to resolution, driving corrective actions that strengthen quality performance and prevent recurrence. You will provide guidance to project teams, ensuring full compliance with quality deliverables such as PQPs, ITPs, and supporting documentation. You will maintain accurate, thorough, and audit-ready quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance documentation. You will generate clear and timely quality reports, providing stakeholders with meaningful insights into project performance and risk areas. You will identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and elevate quality standards across EPC energy projects. You will lead root cause analyses to uncover underlying issues and implement sustainable corrective actions that drive continuous improvement. You will deliver training and mentorship to project teams, strengthening quality awareness and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. You will collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality challenges, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. You have proven experience in quality assurance and control within construction, engineering, or the energy sector, particularly in energy infrastructure projects. You have strong knowledge of industry standards and quality management systems. You have experience with engineered equipment manufacturing and installation processes relevant to EPC projects. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement effective solutions.
