We support community growth and industrial development by providing end‑to‑end engineering, procurement, management, and construction services for complex AC substation and electrification projects across five core markets.
We believe in the value of every client’s investment and take pride in tackling challenging, high‑risk projects. With deep expertise and continuous development, our teams operate with the precision, resilience, and mission‑focus needed to deliver crucial infrastructure—often described as the “special forces” of our industry.
As a Lead Engineer, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy infrastructure. You are entrusted with leading, coordinating, and executing all engineering aspects across Linxon’s diverse and high‑impact projects—including Air‑Insulated Switchgear (AIS), Gas‑Insulated Switchgear (GIS), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Rail and Infrastructure programs, Data Centers, and both offshore and onshore Wind developments.
In this role, you serve as the technical anchor for the project team—driving safety, cost efficiency, quality, and reliability at every stage. You provide strong technical leadership across all engineering disciplines, ensuring seamless integration and alignment from concept through execution.
You bring 8+ years of engineering or project management experience, ideally within an EPC environment, giving you the practical insight and leadership skills needed to drive complex energy‑infrastructure projects forward.
You hold a BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), providing the technical foundation to make informed decisions, solve complex challenges, and lead with confidence in a highly technical setting.
