Under the guidance of the Program Manager, the Employment & Education Navigator serves as a bridge between Larkin Street’s housing programs and workforce development services within the Larkin Street Academy (LSA). This role is responsible for managing a caseload of educational placement efforts, cross-training housing site case managers on employment support fundamentals and strengthening the referral pipeline between housing and employment programs. The Navigator collaborates with the ACE Coordinator to align educational initiatives, conducts quarterly follow-ups with prior fiscal year participants, and collects and reports workforce data to ensure grant compliance. This position is designed to restore employment support capacity during a period of increased enrollment targets and heightened OEWD compliance requirements, enabling Employment Specialists to focus entirely on employment-related placements and services.
This is a full-time position, eligible for full benefits.
You are passionate about the Larkin Street Youth Services mission to end youth homelessness.
You have direct-service experience working with young adults (ages 18-24), supporting their employment and education goals.
