Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking two experienced and dedicated Employee Benefits Account Managers to join a dynamic team. These roles involve managing day-to-day servicing of accounts, preparing spreadsheets, and assisting with presentations. One position will focus on accounts with under 100 lives, while the other will handle accounts with over 100 lives. Compensation Package

Salary: Up to $70,000 for small group accounts (under 100 lives) and up to $85,000 for large group accounts (over 100 lives).

Work Arrangement

Hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day servicing of employee benefits accounts.
• Prepare and analyze spreadsheets to support account management and decision-making.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of client presentations.
• Collaborate with the department lead and team members to ensure client satisfaction and account success.

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management is required.

Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with occasional in-office presence in Lincoln.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with quoting new and renewal business is a plus.
