Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of self-funded large group benefits and a proven track record of success in the employee benefits industry. Compensation Package

Salary: Competitive six-figure base salary, with additional commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic consulting and guidance on employee benefits solutions.
• Collaborate with producers to support and enhance the sales process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist in the quoting and renewal process for new and existing business as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience: Extensive knowledge and deep understanding of self-funded large group benefits is required.

Education: Relevant certifications or designations in the employee benefits field are preferred.

Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and consulting skills.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard software tools.

Location: This is a higher-level role that may require occasional in-office presence in Lincoln, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Travel: Some travel may be required based on client and business needs.
