Blood Cancer United is a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization, relentlessly pursuing cancer cures. To help achieve this mission, this role is responsible for building relationships with fundraising volunteers while implementing innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals for Blood Cancer United's mission within a designated market area.

This role is the third step in our CDM professional career ladder. Incumbents are expected to demonstrate a solid understanding of campaign success requirements and execution, including KPIs and accurate forecasting. Work is typically focused on complex or large campaigns. Pipeline development reflects good market, community and constituent perspectives. Demonstrates excellent relationship building, volunteer recruitment, and sales skills. Consistently plans the approach and manages campaign resources with high independence. At this level, may help develop colleagues’ understanding of campaign success requirements and may coach and the work of lower-level team members.
Physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations. Work environment is representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations. May be required to move Campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds for various events. Travel within designated area. Required to work some evenings or weekends.

We are excited to share the base pay range for this position is $41/hr ($75k/yr) to $46/hr ($85k/yr). The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at Blood Cancer United we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
