Salary Range
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required or willingness to obtain.
- Life & Health Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, marketing, and community involvement.
- Meet with prospective clients to assess insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions.
- Sell a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and referrals provided through marketing efforts and personal prospecting.
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and state regulations.
- Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and professional development programs.
- Assist clients with policy changes, claims guidance, billing inquiries, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate client records using agency management systems.
- Work toward meeting and exceeding monthly production and sales goals.
- Learn agency operations, financial management, marketing strategies, and leadership skills in preparation for agency ownership.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms - places orders weekly.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
