Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM processes throughout all project phases.
- Work with federated BIM models in Navisworks.
- Ensure compliance of BIM models with company standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate collaboration between different engineering disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and support clash resolution processes.
- Manage BIM documentation, templates, and standards.
- Create and maintain Revit family libraries.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding BIM processes and tools.
- Participate in coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings and business trips as required.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Practical experience in BIM modeling and BIM project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office.
- Understanding of BIM standards and collaborative model management principles.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- English language proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level or higher.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
