Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM processes throughout all project phases.
• Work with federated BIM models in Navisworks.
• Ensure compliance of BIM models with company standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate collaboration between different engineering disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and support clash resolution processes.
• Manage BIM documentation, templates, and standards.
• Create and maintain Revit family libraries.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding BIM processes and tools.
• Participate in coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and business trips as required.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Practical experience in BIM modeling and BIM project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office.
• Understanding of BIM standards and collaborative model management principles.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• English language proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level or higher.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
