The Role: Specialist, Channel Strategy Management

Drive channel and ecosystem marketing programs that strengthen Schneider Electric’s market position, accelerate partner engagement, and generate sustainable business growth.

The role is responsible for translating business, segment, and channel priorities into integrated marketing programs across key ecosystem personas, while driving end-to-end program execution in close collaboration with Business Units, Sales, Channel teams, Offer Marketing, MarCom, and external partners.

This position is expected to go beyond event execution and progressively take ownership of selected marketing programs from strategy translation, planning and stakeholder alignment through activation, measurement and continuous improvement.

What will you do?

  • Lead B2B channel marketing programs for key ecosystem partners, including Distributors(IAD), System Integrators(SI), Consultants / Specifiers, OEMs and other strategic partners.
  • Translate business, segment and channel priorities into integrated marketing programs that support partner engagement, demand generation and business growth.
  • Support annual Channel Marketing planning, including AMSP, campaign roadmaps, marketing calendars and the localization of global or regional programs for Taiwan.
  • Understand customer and partner personas, business needs and customer journeys, and develop relevant engagement strategies, content and activation touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across events, digital engagement, partner activation, content, community programs, workshops, webinars and forums.
  • Build partner engagement, enablement and development programs that strengthen partner capabilities, commitment and long-term collaboration.
  • Own assigned marketing programs end-to-end, including objectives, audience, planning, budgeting, stakeholder alignment, execution, agency / vendor management and post-program review.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Business Units, Sales, Channel, Offer Marketing, Technical teams, Business Development, MarCom and external partners.

General

Connect marketing activities with lead generation, opportunity development and business follow-up; track engagement, leads, opportunities, pipeline contribution and other relevant KPIs.

Capture customer, partner and market insights, share program results and develop reusable best practices to improve marketing effectiveness, scalability and business impact.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, campaign management, partner marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience in technology, industrial, energy, automation, infrastructure or other B2B solution-oriented industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing programs or campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Strong project management capability with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong customer and marketing sense, with the ability to understand target audiences, customer journeys and business needs.
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and ecosystem partners.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively solve problems.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors or external partners is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
