What you will enjoy doing

Take ownership of all pricing, contract, and analytical aspects for BU Sweden. Drive pricing performance, ensuring delivery of price targets and sustainable margin growth. Partner strategically with BU sales and leadership to lead pricing processes, analytics, governance, and contract management across the business unit. Leverage data analytics and collaborate with market intelligence to generate insights that support smart, profitable growth decisions. Design and implement a comprehensive contract strategy for REN in close collaboration with regional business and legal teams.

What makes you great

You have a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with strong expertise in finance, analytics, and business performance management. You bring proven experience in analytical, sales, or financial roles, including working with large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights. You have deep industry knowledge from the Industrial Gases or Financial sector, with a solid understanding of products, markets, customers, and commercial drivers. You successfully lead strategic projects, transformation programs, and change initiatives, while managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure. You build strong relationships across international and cross-functional teams, leveraging excellent stakeholder management skills to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
