Job Description

International Card Services (ICS) brings together our International Consumer and Small & Medium Size Enterprises (SME) issuing activities, as well as our Commercial Large Market sales and account development teams. ICS issues Cards in 27 countries, and is responsible for two Joint Ventures covering around a dozen countries. The leaders in these countries are empowered to make decisions at a local level, in partnership with other local business leaders. Local teams are supported by two cross-market teams – the Centre of Excellence, and Risk & Control Management.

We are looking for a Digital Market Insights & Performance Analyst to support the successful rollout, adoption, and continuous optimization of our digital products across international markets.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, product performance, and market enablement. You will leverage data, reporting, and structured insights to support decision making, identify optimization opportunities, and improve the adoption and effectiveness of digital capabilities across markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital product performance and translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and stakeholder-ready reporting
  • Support market rollouts, testing, feedback collection, and adoption tracking across international markets
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities to improve user experience and digital performance
  • Partner with Product, Markets, and Operations teams to support prioritization, roadmap discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support measurement frameworks, success metrics, and strategic reporting tied to digital initiatives and market performance
  • Contribute to cross-functional alignment by providing data-driven insights and market intelligence to stakeholders

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a key link between Product, Markets, and Operations through analytics and insights
  • Enable teams with reporting, market intelligence, and performance analysis that support decision making and prioritization
  • Support rollout planning and market adoption through structured measurement and feedback processes
  • Translate complex data into clear business stories and strategic recommendations
  • Help shape improvements to digital products, operational efficiency, and market performance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business relevant insights
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics or similar platforms)
  • Experience working with dashboards, reporting, and performance measurement
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and international markets
  • Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement
