We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh as Lead HR Manager for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). In this role, you will lead HR management support across the region, ensuring HR policies, practices, and programs are aligned with business and people strategies. You will partner closely with People Managers and Business Leaders to deliver the CEE people agenda, provide guidance on colleague matters, and help drive consistent, high-quality HR delivery across 15 countries.
A key part of this role is leading a team of six HR Business Partners across the region, providing direction, coaching, and support to enable strong execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The CEE Lead HR Manager reports directly to the Europe HR Integration and Delivery Leader to ensure global and regional consistency, and indirectly to the CEE Marsh People Leader.

We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and make an impact on colleagues, clients, and communities. Our scale enables us to offer a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards that support your well-being.
