How You’ll Make an Impact

• Build solutions based on requirements, functional specifications, and gap analysis
• Translate functional specifications into solutions through system configuration and integrations
• Support Business Analysts in defining business needs, processes, and system requirements
• Provide work estimates and technical plans for configuration and QA activities
• Configure systems to meet business requirements
• Document all configuration work and support the Change Management process
• Liaise with Development teams regarding enhancement requests and bug fixes
• Execute system and regression testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Perform solution handovers and conduct end-user training

What Makes You a Great Fit

• University degree in IT or relevant work experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions working with complex systems; Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and/or Banking IT experience will be considered an advantage.
• Hands-on SQL experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in testing or system configuration will be considered an advantage
• Good understanding of debit and credit cards, online transactions, clearing processes, digital wallets, EMV standards, and 3D Secure (3DS). Knowledge of VISA, Mastercard, and American Express (AMEX) schemes, as well as related protocols, operating procedures, and transaction processing rules, will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with any programming language will be considered an advantage
