This position reports to: Regional Service Operations Manager
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for spare parts orders, from order intake and processing through delivery and invoicing, ensuring high service quality, operational efficiency, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction across Southeast Asia and other assigned regions. You will work closely with Service Operations Managers, Field Service Engineers, Sales teams, Project Managers, and customers to ensure accurate and efficient spare parts delivery, in compliance with company procedures.

This role is contributing to the Automation - Process Industries (AUPI) in Southeast Asia cluster. Main stakeholders include Service Operations Managers, Service Engineers, Sales Teams, Project Managers, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customers.
