Role Overview

At HALA, Digital Marketing Manager lead HALA’s digital marketing and performance acquisition activities to drive customer and merchant growth across payment products and services. The role owns digital channel strategy, campaign performance, acquisition funnels, and budget optimization to maximize conversion, ROI, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the digital marketing and paid acquisition strategy across SEM, paid social, display, and other relevant channels.
• Own digital acquisition performance across the funnel, from awareness and lead generation through conversion and activation.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize channel allocation based on CAC, conversion, ROI, and business performance.
• Lead campaign planning, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing to continuously improve performance.
• Oversee landing-page and conversion-funnel optimization in collaboration with Product, Creative, and Technology teams.
• Establish and monitor digital marketing KPIs, attribution, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Data, Creative, Marketing Operations, and Compliance to support product launches and growth initiatives.
• Identify new digital channels, technologies, and growth opportunities relevant to HALA’s customer and merchant segments.
• Ensure digital campaigns comply with HALA’s brand standards, internal policies, and applicable KSA regulatory requirements.
• Manage and develop the Digital Marketing team and external agencies, ensuring effective execution and continuous capability development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience

5–6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid media, or a related area.

Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEM, paid social, retargeting, and digital analytics.
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels, CAC, conversion optimization, attribution, A/B testing, and ROI measurement.
• Experience with web analytics and campaign measurement tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, e-commerce, or technology is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
