Position Summary
Nestlé Nespresso is looking for a Consumer Journey Junior Project Manager to join the Connected Consumer Experience (CCX) team. Reporting to the Global CCX Operations Manager, this role will support the development and deployment of consumer engagement journeys and marketing use cases across markets and HQ teams. The successful candidate will act as a key connector between business stakeholders and Digital & Tech teams, ensuring that consumer journey initiatives are effectively evaluated, prioritized, and delivered to create seamless and personalized consumer experiences.
A Day in the Life of a Consumer Journey Junior Project Manager
- Serve as the primary point of contact for markets and HQ teams submitting new consumer journey and marketing use case requests.
- Support the demand management process, ensuring requests are properly documented and aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with markets to identify consumer engagement opportunities and support the creation of comprehensive marketing briefs.
- Facilitate the evaluation and prioritization of business requests based on strategic value and resource availability.
- Coordinate with HQ, Zones, Markets, and Digital & Tech teams to support successful deployment of programs and trigger-based journeys.
- Help establish and promote best practices across the Consumer Engagement community.
- Support the integration of marketing requirements into technology roadmaps and processes.
- Monitor implementation progress and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
What Will Make You Successful…
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, CRM, Campaign Management, Marketing Operations, Marketing Agencies, Marketing Automation, or related functions.
- Experience in project management; PM certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of consumer engagement, customer journeys, and marketing technologies.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of Digital Analytics, CRM Solutions, and data-driven marketing practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and planning capabilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English, other languages would be an advantage.
