Scrum Master / PM in Katowice
Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The Scrum Master / Agile PM will be responsible for leading, managing and delivering transformation projects for international customers using a variety of methodologies, including Agile (SCRUM and SAFe), Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to achieve project success and business objectives.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead Agile, hybrid, and project-based initiatives, helping teams achieve project objectives and deliver business value in a structured and efficient way.
- Own project planning, schedules, status reports, and documentation while tracking progress against agreed milestones.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Support the application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project needs and organizational requirements.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively escalating concerns and supporting mitigation activities.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication on progress, deliverables, and key decisions.
- Work closely with international and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration across different locations, functions, and cultures.
- Support change management and adoption activities by assisting with stakeholder engagement, communication, training coordination, and readiness tracking.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, Agile Project Manager or Project Manager, with exposure to Agile (SCRUM, SAFe) and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Miro.
- Experience supporting projects involving geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
- PSM, CSM, SAFe, or other Agile certifications are welcome; PMP certification is a plus.
- Fluent English is required; German or other European languages will be an advantage.
Nice to have:
- SAP delivery experience (ECC/S/4HANA) would be considered an asset
- Exposure to AI-enabled initiatives (analytics, ML, GenAI) or digital transformation projects
