To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position Supply Chain Manager. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in growing together with the developing organization. You will manage a team of Buyers and Procurement Specialists that will provide procurement services globally for Westinghouse. You will work in hybrid model with 2 days at office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals consisting of buyers and data entry professionals
• Responsible for the execution and delivery of supply chain services including but not limited to order management and delivery management from requisition to PO and PO to delivery on time in full with focus on efficiency and operating costs optimization
• Manage quality of delivery and service level agreements that meet the needs of the Departments
• Collaborate with other Supply Chain departments to close operational gaps and promote continuous improvement of Shared Services performance
• Communicate globally with our management and professionals, supporting customer service needs, resolving issues, improving service delivery performance and customer satisfaction
• Monitor metrics for the team's performance and meeting goals
• Report activities and track Indicators
• Submit reports to management
• Analyze, identify and address important issues within the team and report team results

Qualifications:

• BA in Supply Chain Management or Equivalent
• 5+ years supply chain experience
• Experience managing a diverse team to achieve challenging targets
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge and experience with SAP-MM and Ariba, or equivalent ERP.
• Experience with end-to-end processes Supply Chain processes, such as P2P (Procure to Pay)
• Data analytics skills, including knowledge of SAP-BI tool or equivalent
• Experience implementing strategy and procedures in procurement of materials, equipment, components, commodities and services
• Experience with procedural best practices of supply chain management
• Experience with Measurements reporting and budget management
• Experience in building strategy and procedures in procurement of materials, equipment, components, commodities and services
• Experience with procedural best practices of supply chain management
• Experience with Indicators reporting and budget management.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 21,250 to 26,533 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
