As a Regional Procurement Manager -Consumer Activation at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is to drive category strategy and value creation across consumer activation categories (POSM, Print, Promo items). We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with procurement teams, marketing stakeholders, supply chain partners and suppliers. How you’ll make an impact as a Regional Procurement Manager – Consumer Activation

• Define and deliver the category strategy using strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies, ensuring compliance with Nestlé’s Corporate Business Principles and standards.
• Partner with marketing, sales, supply chain and procurement teams to understand business needs and translate them into projects with measurable value.
• Build a strong network across market procurement teams to scale best practices, drive consistency and accelerate category impact.
• Leading complex supplier negotiations to secure best commercial outcomes, service levels and competitive advantage for Nestlé.
• Manage strategic agencies and activation partners to improve performance, transparency, innovation and value delivery.
• Drive sustainable value creation through total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization, risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use data, analytics and market insights to identify opportunities, measure performance and support fact-based decision making.
• Deliver procurement projects and transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness and execution across the category.

• Strong project and change management capabilities, with the ability to lead transformation and deliver sustainable improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across procurement, marketing, supply chain and other functions while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities to identify opportunities and support strategic recommendations.
• Communicating fluently in English; using Spanish with professional working proficiency.
