Outreach analyst | analista de outreach (sdr)

We are looking for an Outreach Analyst (SDR) to join our team in Panama City under a hybrid work model. Your main focus will be to create new business opportunities for our Digital Strategy team to close. You will play a key role in helping companies with a strong digital presence achieve their revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule meetings for Digital Strategists with potential clients.
• Maintain and update prospecting lists segmented by industry.
• Attend networking events to generate new business opportunities.
• Obtain recommendations and referrals from existing clients and contacts.

Requirements:

• Interpersonal Skills: Natural curiosity and a passion for helping people.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive attitude in making calls and seeking new opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, aligning our services with potential clients’ needs.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (or similar CRM). Experience in solution or service sales using the SPIN methodology. Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO and PPC). Advanced English are required.

Daily Activities:

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
• Create industry-specific spreadsheets and prospect key market players.
• Participate in networking events.
• Obtain referrals and recommendations from existing clients.

Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week at the office in Panama City)
