The Opportunity

In this role as Service Market Development Representative - Italian and German you will drive service revenue growth by managing customer enquiries, quotations, contracts, and identifying new business opportunities within your territory. You will build strong customer relationships, develop and execute growth plans, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes while supporting commercial objectives and representing Epredia professionally.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and invoicing, service contracts, warranty conversions, and identifying new revenue opportunities within your territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers, acting as a trusted partner while delivering exceptional service and handling escalations when needed.
• Negotiate service agreements and pricing, support tenders and contract documentation, monitor market and competitor activity, and represent Epredia professionally at every customer interaction.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and proactively engage customers through phone-based sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Field Service Engineers, Applications Specialists, Marketing, and Service Managers to deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business.

Bring your Expertise

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service
• Fluent English and Italian
• Intermediate, conversational level of German
• Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry exhibitions as needed
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver consistent results.

Additional Experience That Could Help You Succeed

• Sales experience in the healthcare or technical industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or business management
• Experience with ServiceMax and SAP (or other ERP system)
