Part of Stefanini's Infrastructure Services Division, the Digital Workplace Platform (DWP) team continues to grow, and we are seeking M365 L2 Engineer to perform technical support activities key to delivering Microsoft 365 Services to customers according to specific agreements with them. This role operates under 24x7 rotating shifts schedule with 8 hours shifts.
Job responsibilities:
Required qualifications:
Education: Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. A Master's degree is an advantage. Mandatory: Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of prior experience in service desk in Stefanini. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience performing Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams operational tasks in a production environment.
Technical skills: General understanding of IT infrastructure components and how they integrate within enterprise environments. Familiarity with core technologies such as: Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Windows Server & Client OS, DNS, Mobile operating systems (iOS/Android).
Soft skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Insight into Stefanini's business and service delivery models is a plus. Demonstrated ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Language proficiency: English - Professional working proficiency (written and spoken).
Desired skills or qualifications: Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with PowerShell is highly appreciated.

Working hours: 24/7 rotational shift model, 8-hour shifts
