About the role:

Join to learn how a leading world-class bank works from the inside. Currently we are looking for Billing Support Specialist on temporary contract for maternity leave cover. You will be an integral part of a team that provides whole chain of the customer lifecycle, from customer account opening and maintenance to billing support for SEB customers or contribute to data related project assignments. Work in a dynamic and exciting environment that provide support SEB Group with the extensive geographical scope of 11 countries, mostly Nordics. As a Billing Support Specialist you will be responsible for registering, updating and maintaining data in various databases and systems; investigating, monitoring and processing client data and billing related transactions; answering business stakeholder and customers inquiries; performing incoming request analysis and taking part in continuous improvement activities.

€1,400 - €2,050 a month

Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
