ABOUT THE ROLE

Can you look at a partner or a customer and tell, with evidence, whether they're actually who they say they are? Are you comfortable building a due-diligence process from a blank page rather than inheriting one that already runs itself?

We're looking for a Senior KYC & Compliance Analyst to own how IPRoyal verifies two distinct groups: the partners who contribute IP addresses to our proxy pool, and the customers who want to scale their access beyond our default limits. Reporting directly to our Chief Risk Officer, you'll work on both the process and the casework — building the due-diligence framework itself while making the day-to-day risk calls that keep it credible.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and run the due-diligence process for IP pool partners, including risk tiering and screening;
• Own KYC and enhanced due diligence for customers requesting elevated access or spend;
• Review documents, run screening, and make risk-based decisions day to day;
• Flag gaps in our controls and recommend fixes, backed by evidence;
• Track KYC and AML industry trends and translate them into changes we should make.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Experience: Three to six years of hands-on KYC, AML, or due-diligence experience;
• Screening Tools: Working knowledge of sanctions, PEP, and adverse-media screening tools;
• Process Building: Comfort building a process from scratch, not just running one that already exists;
• Communication: Clear written communication, especially when escalating a risk to non-compliance colleagues;
• Language: Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience with third-party or vendor due diligence, exposure to ISO 27001 or another ISMS-governed environment, or a background in proxy, VPN, hosting, or internet-infrastructure companies.
