We're looking for a Head of Growth

to own and scale our customer acquisition strategy across multiple channels. You'll drive growth, unlock new acquisition opportunities beyond Meta, optimize performance across the funnel, and help build the foundation for a high-performing growth team.

Get ready to

• Own the acquisition strategy across all paid and organic growth channels, working hand in hand with our Meta Lead to keep the whole channel mix aligned and growing.
• Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels beyond Meta to reduce channel concentration risk and unlock new pockets of growth.
• Drive structured experimentation across offers, creatives, landing pages, quiz funnels, and channels to consistently improve CAC, LTV, and payback period.
• Build and own the growth forecasting and reporting model, giving leadership one clear view of performance and opportunity across every channel.
• Manage and allocate significant monthly ad spend across channels, balancing aggressive scaling with strong unit economics.
• Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Retention, and Analytics to make sure new customers land in a funnel and lifecycle experience built to convert and retain.
• Grow into a leadership role over the acquisition function as the team and channel portfolio expand, hiring and mentoring specialists as new channels come online.

We expect you to

• 4+ years in performance marketing / growth, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or channel-owner capacity in a high-growth DTC, ecommerce, or subscription business.
• Hands-on experience running and scaling paid acquisition on at least one major channel beyond Meta (Google/YouTube, TikTok, affiliate, or similar), plus a solid grasp of what makes Meta campaigns work.
• Strong command of acquisition economics — CAC, LTV, payback, MER/ROAS — and how to make trade-off calls across channels, not just within one.
• A track record of taking a channel or program from zero to meaningful scale, ideally in health, wellness, beauty, or supplements.
• Experience collaborating with — not just managing — specialist peers (e.g., a channel lead) to align strategy without stepping on execution.
• Strong analytical skills paired with genuine creative instinct — you can read a dashboard and a hook equally well.
• An ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the drive to build structure where none exists yet.

Salary

Gross salary range is 5500-7500 EUR/month.

Location

We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.

For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
