Breakneck Studio – an incubator and accelerator scaling digital and e-commerce brands at high velocity. Get ready to

• Make ad creatives for Meta, Google and TikTok – statics and short-form video
• Research competitor ads, platform trends and customer language
• Build video ads that earn the first 3 seconds and hold attention to the click
• Use motion where it makes an ad clearer
• Pitch your own concepts, not just execute briefs
• Turn concepts around quickly, at volume, without dropping the standard
• Use AI tools where they genuinely speed up production

We expect you to

• Have proven experience in graphic design and video editing for performance marketing
• Be skilled in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Figma – or equivalent tools
• Understand what makes Meta and TikTok ads perform
• Be a visual storyteller with a feel for pacing and a sharp eye for detail
• Be curious about how AI can be applied to creative work
• Work independently and take ownership of your projects
• Communicate clearly in English and Lithuanian
• Thrive in a feedback-rich environment

Salary

Gross salary range is 2600 - 3500 EUR/month.

Location

We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.

For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
