Join Our Growing Architecture Team at COWI Lithuania
Over the past few years, COWI and Arkitema have built a strong partnership, creating opportunities for architects in Lithuania to contribute to projects across Scandinavia. Our team of nearly 40 architects and landscape architects works closely with Nordic colleagues to create sustainable, future-oriented environments that improve everyday life. Based primarily in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda, we work in a flexible hybrid setup that combines local collaboration with international project exposure.
As a Constructing Architect, you will join a supportive architectural community of more than 400 architects and project managers and contribute to diverse projects across Scandinavia, including hospitals, schools, residential buildings, metro systems, carbon capture facilities and many more. This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in the latest digital tools and technologies while collaborating with experienced architects and design specialists across the Nordic region.
If you are passionate about architecture, have a strong understanding of how to turn design ideas into reality, and enjoy working in an international environment, we'd love to hear from you.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
Your skills. Our team. Together, we design the future
The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you - colleagues, partners, and customers. You act respectfully, listen actively, and follow through on your commitments. And you remain curious about new perspectives and ways to improve.
And on top of that, you should:
A place to work and so much more
At COWI, we work together with our customers to shape a sustainable and liveable world. We do it by applying our knowledge and curiosity – and sometimes even our courage – to create the solutions the world needs today to enable a better tomorrow. We support our customers’ transition towards increased sustainability. We strive to lead by example by embedding environmental management, social responsibility and good governance into our business practices and the options we provide to our customers.
We value differences and development and cultivate an environment of belonging and having fun. Because that is what brings out the best in you, at work and at home.
With offices primarily located in the Nordic region, the UK, North America and India, we are currently more than 7,500 people who bring their skills in engineering, architecture, energy and environment into play.
What we also offer:
The salary range from junior to senior level specialists is from 2400 to 4200 EUR before taxes. The final offer is individual and will be based on your competencies and experience.

Before you apply
All you need to include in your application is your CV – no photo or application letter. At an interview, you can tell us everything we need to know about why you’re interested in joining COWI. As for the photo, we prefer to form our first impression in person rather than from a picture. Please remember to include your portfolio with your application. As the application form does not provide a separate upload field for portfolios, kindly combine your portfolio and CV into a single document or upload a compressed file under the "Cover Letter" section. If you are unable to attach your portfolio for any reason, you may also share your work samples by email at nikv@cowi.com
Diversity is fundamental to COWI, inclusion is key
We are committed to creating a respectful and fair work environment where all employees have a sense of belonging and equitable opportunities to thrive and grow. We ensure that our leaders are role models for inclusive leadership by cultivating a culture where diverse perspectives and thoughts are seen as strengths. And we take diversity and inclusion into account in all relevant decisions and processes and when setting teams and fora. We do it because it is part of our values and because it is simply the right thing to do.
